Apostolic and Prophetic Reformation — It is time for action!
When you think of missionary work, your mind may travel across continents. However, the UK is now considered an unreached people (with less than 2% Bible believing Christians in Scotland!). For a long time the Church has focused on raising up two key leadership gifts: teaching and pastoral. Our teachers and pastors are fully equipped and ready, but they need people to disciple!
How do we move into missionary mode in our own nations? We need the help of an apostolic, prophetic and evangelistic gifting. This means it is time to return to God’s original form of leadership = the 5-fold working together in synergy!
On 11th-12th October, Streams and Cairn ministries are partnering for a very special conference, where leaders will be:
Explaining the importance of reactivating these leadership gifts of Ephesians 4
Teaching and demonstrating the next step of action—HOW we do this and WHAT it will look like in today’s Church!
We hear your concerns: “but how can we work with the apostolic and prophetic in our church communities?”
Reformation! We are passionate that it is more important to build character than gifting, therefore prophetic people can be trusted to prophesy what God is saying and not their opinion, commentary, or exaggeration.
It is time that people hear more about God than the prophetic or apostolic person.
As God’s Church, our commission is to equip and empower believers for every calling, to raise healthy and mature disciples who represent God’s Kingdom rather than a culture, movement or a ministry.
